Reading is a journey of emotions and experiences. A book can create space for anyone anywhere. This space is the physical manifestation of that, reading under the soft shadows of books.
A reading space created by the cast shadow of a book page. The design was inspired by a Murakami novel. In the novel, the main character’s shadow is separated from him and lives as its own entity. It contains the person’s memories as well as his ability to feel emotions.
